Description

Claims (16)
- 体液試料の生成のために皮膚を穿刺し、該試料中に含まれる検体を検出することによって皮膚穿刺分析を自動的に実施するための分析システムであって、該分析システム(110)が、
その各々が穿刺要素(300)と分析要素(301)とを含む複数の区画(116)を有するカートリッジ(112)であって、前記穿刺要素(300)が皮膚の穿刺を実施する穿刺先端部(300a)と液体試料を前記分析要素(301)に移送するための試料移送毛管(308)とを有し、前記分析要素(301)が前記試料中に含まれる検体と反応して所望の分析結果に特徴的な測定量の測定可能な変化をもたらす試薬システムを備えた、カートリッジと、
ハウジング(118)と、前記分析に必要な前記ハウジング(118)内の部分の駆動動作のための駆動アセンブリ(123)とを有する再使用可能な携帯型機器(113)と、を備えており、
前記駆動アセンブリ(123)が、手動生成された機械力により少なくとも次の動作、
(a)穿刺位置(197)に配置された前記カートリッジ(112)の区画内の前記穿刺要素(300)の1つが前記駆動アセンブリ(123)に連結される連結動作と、
(b)前記カートリッジ(112)に含まれ、前記駆動アセンブリ(123)に連結された1つの前記穿刺要素(300)の穿刺および試料採取動作であって、該動作は、前記穿刺先端部が最大移動点に到達するまでの穿刺方向における前方移動段階と、前記最大移動点後の前記穿刺方向に反対の後方移動段階であって、該後方移動段階の間においては、前記試料移送毛管に試料を吸引可能にするために前記前方移動段階に比べて速度が減速される、穿刺および試料採取動作と、
(c)前記穿刺要素(300)が元の前記カートリッジの前記区画内に輸送される再カートリッジ化動作と、
を駆動するように適合された分析システム。 - 前記駆動アセンブリが、手動生成された機械力によって、未使用のテストエレメントを含む区画(116)を前記穿刺位置に輸送するための前記カートリッジ(112)の指標動作を駆動するように適合されてなる請求項1記載の分析システム。
- 前記穿刺要素(300)を有する穿刺部(114a)と前記分析要素(301)を有する分析部(114b)とを含む一体型の穿刺および分析要素であるテストエレメント(114)であって、該テストエレメント(114)の前記分析部(114b)が前記試薬システムを含む反応部位(303)を備えた、テストエレメントを備え、前記穿刺要素(300)が前記分析要素(301)の前記反応部位(303)と永久的に流体接続しており、毛管溝(305)が毛管力による前記液体試料の前記試薬システムへの輸送のために前記反応部位(303)に通じてなる請求項1または2記載の分析システム。
- 前記テストエレメント(114)の前記分析部(114b)が、光学測定を実施するために前記反応部位に配置された遠位端(317)を有する導光管(314)を備えてなる請求項3記載の分析システム。
- 前記試薬システムの少なくとも前記試薬の一部が、前記導光管(314)の遠位(後)端面に固定されてなる請求項4記載の分析システム。
- 前記分析要素(301)が、前記穿刺要素(300)とは別に前記カートリッジ(112)の前記区画(116)内に固定されており、
前記液体試料が、前記穿刺要素の動作の結果、前記穿刺要素(300)から前記分析要素(301)へ前記区画内を移送され、該移動が、手動生成された力により前記駆動アセンブリによって駆動されて、前記穿刺要素を試料移送のために前記分析要素(301)と接触する試料移送位置に移動させる請求項1または2記載の分析システム。 - 前記所望の分析結果に特徴的な前記測定量が光学的に測定可能な量であり、前記システムが前記光学的に測定可能な測定量を測定するための光学測定装置を備えてなる請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の分析システム。
- 前記光学測定装置の光検出器が前記穿刺位置に適合して配置されているため、前記穿刺位置に配置された区画(116)に固定された分析要素(301)の光学測定量の変化が測定可能である請求項7記載の分析システム。
- 前記カートリッジ(112)が、ドラムカートリッジである請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の分析システム。
- 前記カートリッジの前記区画(116)が、その内部に含まれた要素(300,301)の滅菌を保持し、環境汚染物を除去する少なくとも1つのバリアを備え、該少なくとも1つのバリアが、前記区画(116)の開口部を被覆する箔バリア(402)と、前記テストエレメント(114)と前記区画(116)の壁(412)との間のテーパ状のプラグシール(408)と、の少なくとも1つを含む請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の分析システム。
- 前記機器が前記区画(116)の前記箔バリア(402)を開口するための箔開口部(192)を備えており、これによって、前記箔バリア(402)の前記開口が前記穿刺要素(300)から独立して行われ、前記箔バリアの開口に必要な動作が手動生成された力により前記駆動アセンブリ(123)によって駆動される請求項10記載の分析システム。
- 手動生成された力が作動装置(124)の往復運動により前記駆動アセンブリに印加され、該作動装置の往復運動が、前記穿刺方向と反対の定位置から延伸位置への後方移動と、前記穿刺方向において前記定位置へ向かう前方移動とからなり、前記機器(113)が前記定位置において前記作動装置(124)と共に保管されるように適合されてなる請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の分析システム。
- 前記作動装置(124)の各々の前記後方および前方移動が、前記連結動作、前記穿刺および試料採取動作、および前記再カートリッジ化動作のうちの少なくとも1つに対して機械エネルギーを供する請求項12記載の分析システム。
- 前記駆動アセンブリが2つのカム駆動機構(157,159)を有するカム制御部(155)を備えており、各々のカム駆動機構(157,159)が、カム(130a,132a)を有するカムロータ(130,132)と、前記カム(130a,132a)に係合するカム従動子(156,158)とを含み、これによって前記穿刺要素の前記動作の第1の部分が、前記カム従動子(158)と一方の前記カム駆動機構(159)のカム(132a)との間の相対的運動により決定され、前記穿刺要素の前記動作の第2の部分が、前記カム従動子(156)と他方の前記カム駆動機構(157)の前記カム(130a)との間の相対的運動により決定される請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の分析システム。

- 前記所望の分析結果に特徴的な前記測定可能量の測定が、前記再カートリッジ化動作の後に実施される請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の分析システム。
