Claims (12)
- 流体、特に油の質および/または劣化を測定するためのデバイスであって、
測定する流体に浸漬される互いに離間した少なくとも1対の電極を含み、前記電極および前記流体が測定容量素子を形成し、その静電容量が前記流体の誘電率の関数として変化するセンサを含み、
前記センサが前記誘電率を表す電気出力信号を生成することができ、処理手段が前記出力信号を受け取り前記出力信号に基づいて前記流体の質および/または劣化の程度を判断することができ、
前記電極がほぼ同一平面上に延び、かつ前記平面の両側で前記電極の2つの表面を前記流体がとり囲むことを特徴とする、測定デバイス。 - 前記センサがさらに、基準流体に浸漬される互いに離間した少なくとも1対の基準電極を含み、
前記電極および前記基準流体が基準測定容量素子を形成し、その静電容量が前記基準流体の誘電率の関数として変化する基準容量素子を含み、
前記基準容量素子が前記基準誘電率を表す基準信号を前記処理手段に送ることができ、かつ前記処理手段が前記出力信号を前記基準信号と比較するために配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定デバイス。 - 前記基準容量素子の電極がほぼ同一の面に延び、かつ前記平面の両側で前記電極の両側が前記流体に浸漬されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の測定デバイス。
- 前記基準流体が、密閉空間内で測定する流体から遮断され、それと熱接触して配置され、基準流体が測定する流体とほぼ同一の温度になることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の測定デバイス。
- 前記基準流体の入った前記密閉空間が前記基準流体の交換システムと関連していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の測定デバイス。
- 前記交換システムが前記密閉空間と連通する基準液体タンクを含み、かつ前記システムが前記密閉空間に入った前記基準液体を定期的に交換できるようにフロー制御手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の測定デバイス。
- 前記電極がそれぞれ平板によって形成されることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれかに記載の測定デバイス。
- 各電極対の各電極が、複数のほぼ平行な歯を有する櫛の形状をしており、一方の前記電極の歯が他方の前記電極の歯と噛み合っていることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれかに記載の測定デバイス。
- 前記容量素子が電磁干渉に対してスクリーンを形成する金属フレームによって囲まれていることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれかに記載の測定デバイス。
- 前記容量素子の前記電極が食品用の鋼材で製造されることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれかに記載の測定デバイス。
- 前記容量素子の前記電極が、前記電極の測定領域に面する開口を有する、電気的に絶縁された支持体によって担持されることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれかに記載の測定デバイス。
- 調理油の入ったバットおよび加熱手段を含む調理装置であって請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の測定デバイスをさらに含むことを特徴とし、前記測定容量素子が調理用流体に浸漬されるようにバット内に配置される調理装置。
