Abstract
Description
(a)重合体マトリックスであって随意として溶融状のものを、硫化亜鉛及び/又は硫化亜鉛を含む重合体マトリックスを基材とする濃縮組成物と接触させた状態に置き、及び
(b)工程(a)で得られた混合物を紡糸して糸、繊維及び/フィラメントを得ること
を少なくとも含む方法を使用することが可能である。
2.6の相対粘度(96%硫酸中1g/100mLで25℃で測定される)を有する標準的なナイロン66を、0.09%の残留湿度を得るように従来技術通りに乾燥させる。次いで、このものを粉末にし、そして2%のZnS粉末と混合する(ドイツ国Sachtleben社製のSachtolith HD−S)。得られた混合物を押出機内で溶融させ、そして10個のダイホールを有するダイで紡糸し、それによって10本のフィラメントを作製し、これらのものを空気の吹付によって冷却させる(20℃、66%相対湿度)。次いで、これらのフィラメントを一緒にし、そして標準的な8.6%のエマルジョンでオイリングし、次いでチューブに4200m/分で巻き付ける。次いで、42dtexの全番手を有する得られた部分延伸糸(POY)を慣用型の機械で編んで物品を得る(ソックス)。次いで、この物品を次の条件下で染色サイクルに付す:

・1.6℃/分の加熱と共に解放バット染色(容量:7L)、その後、98℃で45分間の保持。この処方物は、1%のNylosan Blue NBLN(Clariant社)、1%のSandogen NH(Clariant社製の平衡剤)、1g/LのSandacid VA(Clariant社製の酸供与体)及び0.5g/Lの酢酸ナトリウムを含有する。
抗細菌活性を標準法JIS L 1902:1998に従い、Hohenstein研究所(ドイツ)の衛生学及び生物工学研究室の特定の手順に従って測定する:
・最初に乾燥形態で保持され且つ凍結された細菌のスタフィロコッカス・アウレウス(Staphylococcus aureus)ATCC6538P株及びクレブシエラ・ニューモニエ(Klebsiella pneumoniae)DSM789株を使用する。培養液を栄養培地(LAB8、LabM)に接種し、そして37℃で48時間培養する。次いで、細菌を250mLの三角フラスコに移し、栄養培地(LAB14、LabM)に移し、そして37℃で18時間培養する。この培養液を等張塩類溶液(0.85重量%NaCl+0.05%のTween80)で懸濁液が1mL当たり約105個の細菌を含むように1/200に希釈する。
・これらの試験を18mm×18mmの織物表面上で実行する。0.2mLの懸濁液を正確に吸収するのを必要とする程度に多い表面を使用する。
A=対照試料上での接種直後の活動細菌の平均数

上で準備した2個の試料(対照試料及び本発明に従う試料)を標準法EN26330−プロトコル5Aに従ってそれぞれ30回洗浄する:洗浄温度は40℃であり、使用される洗剤は蛍光増白剤を含まず、そして使用される洗濯機は、標準的な家庭用洗濯機である。これらの試料を室温で乾燥させる。
抗真菌活性の評価を、標準法ASTM E 2149−01(振盪フラスコ試験)に従い、真菌についてのHohenstein研究所(ドイツ)の衛生学及び生物工学研究室によって改変された手順に従って行う。1gの試験物質を250mLの三角フラスコ中で無機塩の溶液の70mL及びアスペルギルス・ニガーの懸濁液(1〜3×105cfu/mL)の5mLと接触させた状態に置く。無機塩溶液は、次の正確な組成で予め調製しておいた:

黄色度指数及びポリアミドマトリックスの分解を、ZnSを含む糸とZnOを含む糸とで比較した。
使用したナイロン66(PA66)は、二酸化チタンを含まず、2.5の相対粘度(96%硫酸中1g/100mLの濃度で25℃で測定される)を有するポリアミドである。
ZnS又はZnOのPA66への導入を混合によって実行する。この混合物を約50mbarの減圧下で100℃で20時間にわたって乾燥させ、次いで溶融ブレンドを実行する2軸押出装置に導入する。以下の表に与えられるZnS又はZnOの導入の度合いは、組成物の総重量に対して算出している。次いで、この溶融物を、糸を製造するのに適切なダイヘッド温度(紡糸温度は以下の表に与えている。)で及び10本のフィラメント当たり42dtexのマルチフィラメント連続糸を得るように10本のフィラメント当たり4200m/分の第1呼出点で紡糸する。このマルチフィラメント又は糸は、10本のストランドからなり(ダイは10個の0.38mmの穴からなる)、そしてストランドの直径は約20μmである。
使用される真菌は、ユーロチウム・アムステロダミ(Eurotium amstelodami)(株:CBS11248)である。このものを、20g/Lの麦芽抽出物、200g/Lのスクロース及び15g/Lの寒天を含有する培地で培養する。試験試料は、次の基礎物質を含む:
・2.6の相対粘度(96%硫酸中1g/100mLで25℃で測定される)を有し、500μm以下の粒度に摩砕されたナイロン6粉末、
・500μm以下の粒度に摩砕されたポリアミド6中に40重量%のZnSを含有するマスターバッチ(参考:Sachtleben社製のSachtolith HD−5を含む、Sachtleben社製のSachtolen PA ZS40)、
・ZnS粉末(Sachtleben社製のSachtolith HD−S)。
・培地1:20g/Lの麦芽抽出物、200g/Lのスクロース及び15g/Lの寒天、
・培地2:7.5重量%のPA6粉末を含有する培地1、
・培地3:12.5重量%の40%マスターバッチ粉末を含有する培地1:即ち5%のZnS等量及び7.5%のPA6等量、
・培地4:次の粉末混合物:5重量%のZnS粉末及び7.5重量%のPA6粉末(ZnSを含まないポリアミド)を含有する培地1。
試験試料は、次の基礎物質を含む:
・2.6の相対粘度(96%硫酸中1g/100mLで25℃で測定される)を有するナイロン6粉末(以下、粉末Aと呼ぶ。)、及び
・ZnS粉末(Sachtleben社製のSachtolith HD−S)。
・対照:(A)押出物:
粉末Aの押出によって得られた粉末。押出は次のように実行する:粉末を約50mbarの減圧下で16時間にわたって80℃で乾燥させ、次いで、2軸押出装置に導入する。この2軸押出機の操作特性は、次の通りである:溶融温度:約240℃、溶融滞留時間:3分。押出装置の出口で得られた押出物を約20℃で水中に浸漬させ、次いで、冷却後に押しつぶし、そしてRetsch ZM1000超遠心ミルを使用してドライアイスと共に摩砕する。得られる粉末の粒度は500μm以下である。
・試験1(A+ZnS)押出物:
2重量%の粉末状ZnSと粉末Aとを混合し、そして該粉末混合物を上記のように押し出すことによって得られた粉末。従って、得られた粉末は、ZnSを含むナイロン6の顆粒を含む。
2重量%の粉末状ZnSと対照の粉末(A)押出物とを混合することによって得られた粉末。従って、得られた粉末は、ナイロン6の顆粒とZnSを含む。
Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1種の重合体マトリックス及び硫化亜鉛を含む、抗細菌特性及び抗真菌特性を有する糸、繊維又はフィラメント。
- 糸、繊維又はフィラメントを形成させるための組成物の総重量に対する硫化亜鉛の重量割合が0.01%〜10%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の糸、繊維又はフィラメント。
- 糸、繊維又はフィラメントを形成させるための組成物の総重量に対する硫化亜鉛の重量割合が0.2%〜5%であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の糸、繊維又はフィラメント。
- 重合体マトリックスが熱可塑性マトリックスであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の糸、繊維又はフィラメント。
- 熱可塑性マトリックスが、ポリアミド、PET、PBT及びPTTのようなポリエステル、ポリプロピレン及びポリエチレンのようなポリオレフィン、PVC並びにそれらの共重合体及びブレンドよりなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の熱可塑性重合体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の糸、繊維又はフィラメント。
- 熱可塑性マトリックスが、ナイロン6、ナイロン6,6、ナイロン11、ナイロン12、ナイロン4、ナイロン4,6、ナイロン6,10、ナイロン6,12、ナイロン6,36及びナイロン12,12並びにそれらの共重合体及びブレンドよりなる群から選択される少なくとも1種のポリアミドを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の糸、繊維又はフィラメント。
- 硫化亜鉛が少なくとも1種の無機化合物及び/又は有機化合物で被覆され及び/又は封入された粒子の形態であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の糸、繊維又はフィラメント。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の糸、繊維又はフィラメントを少なくとも含む、抗細菌特性及び抗真菌特性を有する複合物品。
- 重合体マトリックス及び硫化亜鉛を含む組成物を紡糸することからなる、抗細菌特性及び抗真菌特性を有する糸、繊維又はフィラメントの製造方法。
- 次の工程:
(a)重合体マトリックスであって随意として溶融状のものを、硫化亜鉛及び/又は硫化亜鉛を含む重合体マトリックスを基材とする濃縮組成物と接触させた状態に置き、及び
(b)工程(a)で得られた混合物を紡糸して糸、繊維及び/又はフィラメントを得ること
を少なくとも含む、請求項9に記載の製造方法。 - 抗細菌特性及び抗真菌特性を有する糸、繊維、フィラメント又は物品の製造用の重合体マトリックスにおける硫化亜鉛の使用。
- 少なくとも1種の重合体マトリックス及び硫化亜鉛を含む、抗細菌特性及び抗真菌特性を有する物品。
