Abstract
【解決手段】ニードル弁146から一体型ベンチュリ管148へのガス供給によって、外気が一体型ベンチュリ管148から供給ライン152へ流入し、呼気時に呼気弁充填ライン114に接続される供給ライン152は、予め設定されたCPAPレベルで気嚢130に連続的にガスを供給する。このためCPAPがかけられている間は、患者128は、予め設定されたCPAPレベルまでだけ呼気ができる。マイクロプロセッサの故障または、停電が発生し、換気装置がバックアップモードに切り替わると、ニードル弁146は、換気装置がバックアップモードに切り替わる前に最後に入力された設定を維持する。

Claims (41)
- 電子的に駆動される流量制御弁と、
前記電子的に駆動される流量制御弁を制御するマイクロプロセッサと、
第1の空気力的に駆動される制御弁と、
前記空気力的に駆動される弁を制御するための、第1の空気力的に駆動されるタイミングユニットと、
を含み、
前記電子的に駆動される流量制御弁は第1の時間に作動し、
前記第1の空気力的に駆動される制御弁は第2の時間に作動する換気装置。 - 前記第1の空気力的に駆動される制御弁に接続された電子的にセットされる流量制御弁、を有する請求項1記載の換気装置。
- 前記電子的にセットされる流量制御弁が、前記電子的に駆動される流量制御弁の作動中にセットされる請求項2記載の換気装置。
- 前記電子的に駆動される流量制御弁が複数の換気モードを実現するよう作動することを特徴とする請求項1記載の換気装置。
- 第2の空気力的に駆動される制御弁と、
前記第2の空気力的に駆動される制御弁を制御するための、第2の空気的に駆動されるタイミングユニットと、
を有する請求項1記載の換気装置。 - 主用換気サブシステムと、
複数のモードで作動する供給弁と、
空気力的に作動する弁と、前記空気的に作動する弁を作動させるためのタイミングユニットと、を有するバックアップ用換気サブシステムと、
前記空気力的に作動する弁に接続され、前記空気力的に作動する弁から出力を受け取る流量制御デバイスと、
を有し、
前記供給弁は、第1の作動条件の集合の下で前記主用換気サブシステムに対して供給を行い、
前記供給弁は、第2の作動条件の集合の下で前記バックアップ用換気サブシステムに対して供給を行う換気装置。 - 換気流量制御装置と、
前記換気流量制御装置を調節するコントローラと、
を有し、
前記コントローラは、第1のモードで作動することにより、前記換気流量制御装置を調整して、第1の換気モードの集合における換気を実現し、
前記コントローラは、第2のモードで作動することにより、前記換気流量制御装置を調整して、第2の換気モードの集合における換気を実現する換気装置。 - 前記第1の換気モードの集合が前記第2の換気モードの集合の部分集合である請求項7記載の換気装置。
- 前記第1の換気モードが持続陽圧気道圧を伴う呼吸同期性間欠的強制換気を含む請求項8記載の換気装置。
- 前記第2の換気モードが調節機械換気を含む請求項9記載の換気装置。
- 前記第2の換気モードが、(a)呼気終末陽圧を伴う調節機械換気、(b)持続陽圧気道圧、(c)呼吸同期性間欠的強制換気、(d)持続陽圧気道圧を伴う呼吸同期性間欠的強制換気、(e)圧力補助換気、(f)圧力補助換気及び持続陽圧気道圧を伴う呼吸同期性間欠的強制換気、(g)圧力調節換気、及び(h)持続陽圧気道圧を伴う圧力調節換気、からなるグループの中の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項9記載の換気装置。
- 換気装置の作動方法であって、
あるケースにおいては、第1の換気モードの集合の中の1つの換気モードにおいて換気を行い、
第2の換気モードの集合の中の少なくとも1つの換気モードを抑制することにより第1の換気モードの集合を生成し、
別のあるケースにおいては、前記第2の換気モードの集合の中の1つの換気モードで換気を行う方法。 - 前記第1の換気モードが持続陽圧気道圧を伴う呼吸同期性間欠的強制換気を含む請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記第2の換気モードが調節機械換気を含む請求項13記載の方法。
- 前記第2の換気モードが、(a)呼気終末陽圧を伴う調節機械換気、(b)持続陽圧気道圧、(c)呼吸同期性間欠的強制換気、(d)持続陽圧気道圧を伴う呼吸同期性間欠的強制換気、(e)圧力補助換気、(f)圧力補助換気及び持続陽圧気道圧を伴う呼吸同期性間欠的強制換気、(g)圧力調節換気、及び(h)持続陽圧気道圧を伴う圧力調節換気、からなるグループの中の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項13記載の方法。
- 患者に対する前記換気装置の非接続状態を検出するステップと、
前記非接続状態が検出され、かつ前記換気装置が持続陽圧気道圧用のモードで作動しているときに、間欠的にガスを噴出させるステップと、
を更に含む請求項13記載の方法。 - 換気装置の作動方法であって、
換気対象の患者の体長を表すデータを制御装置に入力するステップと、
前記制御装置で、入力された前記データに基づき少なくとも1つの換気パラメータを計算するステップと、
計算した前記少なくとも1つの換気パラメータに従って換気を行うステップと、 を含む方法。 - 前記換気パラメータが、(a)一回呼吸量、(b)呼吸数、(c)吸気流量、(d)吸気呼気比,(e)吸気時間、及び(f)1分換気量、からなるグループの中の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項17記載の方法。
- 入力された前記データに基づき複数の換気パラメータが計算される請求項17記載の方法。
- 一回呼吸量及び呼吸数を前記換気パラメータとして含む請求の請求項19記載の方法。
- 一回呼吸量及び吸気流量を前記換気パラメータとして含む請求項19記載の方法。
- 呼吸数及び吸気流量を前記換気パラメータとして含む請求項19記載の方法。
- 換気装置の作動方法であって、
換気対象の患者の体長を表すデータを制御装置に入力するステップと、
前記制御装置で、入力された前記データに基づき少なくとも1つの換気アラーム設定を求めるステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの換気アラーム設定に従い、少なくとも一つの換気アラームをセットするステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記制御装置で、入力された前記データに基づき少なくとも1つの換気パラメータを計算するステップと、
計算した前記少なくとも一つの換気パラメータに従って換気を行うステップと、
を更に含む請求項23記載の方法。 - 前記換気パラメータが、(a)一回呼吸量、(b)呼吸数、及び(c)吸気流量、からなるグループの中の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項24記載の方法。
- 入力された前記データに基づき複数の換気パラメータが計算される請求項24記載の方法。
- (a)一回呼吸量及び呼吸数、(b)一回呼吸量及び吸気流量、及び(c)呼吸数及び吸気流量、からなるグループの中の少なくとも1つを前記換気パラメータとして含む請求項26記載の方法。
- 前記制御装置で、入力された前記データに基づき、少なくとも1つの換気限界値を計算するステップと、
計算した前記少なくとも一つの換気限界値に従って、少なくとも1つの換気パラメータを制限するステップと、
を更に含む請求項24記載の方法。 - 前記換気限界値が、PSV圧力及びPCV圧力からなるグループの中の少なくとも1つを含む請求項28記載の方法。
- 前記制御装置で、入力された前記データに基づき、少なくとも1つの換気パラメータを計算するステップと、

所望の圧力波形を実現できるよう前記上昇率を選択するステップと、
選択した前記上昇率により換気を行うステップと、
を含む方法。 - 換気装置の作動方法であって、
データを入力するための手段を含む制御装置を備えた換気装置を用意し、
前記制御装置に対し、換気対象の患者の体長のみを表すデータを入力し、
前記制御装置にて、入力された前記データに基づき、吸気パラメータの上昇率を含む少なくとも1つの換気パラメータを計算し、
吸気圧を第2の上昇率に保ちつつ第1の換気呼吸を提供し、
吸気圧を第2の上昇率に保ちつつ第2の換気呼吸を提供し、
前記第1及び第2の換気呼吸の各々を評価し、
所望の圧力波形を実現できるよう前記上昇率を選択し、
選択した前記上昇率により換気を行う、
方法。 - 選択した前記上昇率が矩形状の圧力波形を実現する請求項36又は37に記載の方法。
- 選択した前記上昇率がリンギングが最小の矩形状の圧力波形を実現する請求項36又は37に記載の方法。
- 前記上昇率が、複数の上昇率の評価に基づき適応的に選択される請求項36又は37に記載の方法。
- 換気対象の患者の体長を表すデータを制御装置に入力するステップと、
前記制御装置で、入力された前記データに基づき少なくとも1つの換気パラメータを算出するステップと、
計算した前記少なくとも1つの換気パラメータに従って換気を行うステップと、
を更に含む請求項36記載の方法。
