Abstract
【解決手段】 センサチップ11を内蔵した金属ハウジング12とジョイントハウジング14との間に、両者の間を電気的に絶縁するための絶縁部材15を配設した圧力センサであって、前記金属ハウジング12を、安定した電位、例えば、センサ電源もしくはセンサグランドに電気的に接続した。

Claims (3)
- 圧力室の圧力に感圧するセンサチップを内蔵した金属ハウジングと、圧力計測対象装置への取付け部を有するジョイントハウジングと、該ジョイントハウジングと前記金属ハウジングとの間に配設され両者の間を電気的に絶縁するための絶縁部材とを備えた圧力センサにおいて、前記金属ハウジングを、安定した電位を有する部位に電気的に接続したことを特徴とする圧力センサ。
- 請求項1において、前記金属ハウジングは、センサチップを配設したステムと、該ステムとの間に金属ダイヤフラムを挟持して一体結合されたセンサハウジングとからなり、前記ステムと金属ダイヤフラムとによって圧力伝達媒体を封入する圧力室が画定されていることを特徴とする圧力センサ。
- 請求項1において、前記金属ハウジングが接続された安定した電位を有する部位は、センサ電源もしくはセンサグランドである圧力センサ。
