Abstract
【解決手段】樹脂成形体1の少なくとも片面に制電層3を積層した制電性樹脂成形体であって、上記制電層3が極細導電繊維31を含み、極細導電繊維31の含有量が制電層表面側から樹脂成形体側に向かって順次減少している構成の制電性樹脂成形体とする。制電層の極細導電繊維31の含有量が制電層表面側から樹脂成形体1側に向かう程減少していると、制電層3と樹脂成形体1との界面における密着性が向上して制電層3が剥離しなくなり、IPAに代表されるアルコール類で表面の拭き取り洗浄を繰り返し行っても、制電層の剥離に伴う表面抵抗率の上昇が抑えれらて、当初の実用上十分な制電性が維持される。

Description
接着層用フィルムとして厚さ100μm、全光線透過率94%、ヘーズ0.6%のポリメチルメタクリレートフィルム(PMMAフィルム)を使用した。
実施例1の接着層用フィルム、及び塩化ビニル−酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂(酢酸ビニルの占める割合は10質量%)を溶剤に溶解した樹脂塗液を使用し、また、CNT塗液は実施例1のCNT塗液Bを使用した。そして、上記接着層用フィルムの表面に、上記塩化ビニル−酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂塗液を厚み270nmになるように塗布すると共に、上記CNT塗液Bを前記樹脂塗膜上に厚み240nmとなるように塗布、乾燥することにより、接着層用フィルムに樹脂塗膜層とCNT塗液Bからなる制電層とが形成された制電性フィルムを作製した。そして、この制電性フィルムを、厚さ5.0mmのポリカーボネート樹脂板(全光線透過率89.5%、ヘーズ0.2%)の表面に、接着層が下面となるように重ねて熱圧着することにより、表1に示す構成の透明な制電性樹脂板を製造した。
塩化ビニル−酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂からなる樹脂塗膜を省略して接着層用フィルムに直接CNT塗液Bを塗布乾燥した以外は、実施例2と同様にして、表1に示す構成の透明な制電性樹脂板を製造した。なお、制電層の厚みは240nmであった。そして、この制電性樹脂板について、実施例1と同様に表面抵抗率、全光線透過率、ヘーズを測定すると共に、IPAを含ませたワイピングクロスで拭き取る作業を100回、200回、300回繰り返した後の表面抵抗率、全光線透過率、ヘーズを測定して、その結果を下記の表2に併記した。

Claims (6)
- 樹脂成形体の少なくとも片面に制電層を積層した制電性樹脂成形体であって、上記制電層が極細導電繊維を含み、当該極細導電繊維の含有量が制電層表面側から樹脂成形体側に向かって順次減少していることを特徴とする制電性樹脂成形体。
- 制電層における極細導電繊維の含有量が、制電層表面側から樹脂成形体側に向かって連続的に、或は段階的に減少していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制電性樹脂成形体。
- 制電層における極細導電繊維の含有量が、樹脂成形体側は実質的に0質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の制電性樹脂成形体。
- 制電層が、接着層を介して樹脂成形体に積層されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の制電性樹脂成形体。
- 制電層の極細導電繊維が1本ずつ分離した状態で、若しくは、複数本集まって束になったものが1束ずつ分離した状態で分散して互いに接触していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれかに記載の制電性樹脂成形体。
- 極細導電繊維がカーボンナノチューブであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれかに記載の制電性樹脂成形体。
