Abstract
【解決手段】 キーシート11の硬質基板15には、透孔19どうしの間に連結溝17bが形成される。連結溝17bには、各透孔の19の作動部20と一連一体の連結部21が形成される。このため、成形金型に個々の透孔19に対応するゴム状弾性体の注入口が不要となって金型構造の単純化によりコストを低減できる。また、硬質基板15の表面又は裏面を全面にわたってゴム状弾性体で被覆しないので、ベースシート13を全体的に薄型化できる。

Description
ン系樹脂などを使用できる。本実施形態のキーシート11は、硬質基板15に内部光源5の収容凹部17aがある照光式キーシートであり、硬質基板15の板厚内を伝って光を導光するため、特に無色透明の透光性素材が用いられる。具体的には、上記の中でも特に、透明のポリカーボネート樹脂、透明のポリプロピレン樹脂が好ましい素材として用いられる。

Claims (6)
- 複数の透孔を形成した硬質基板と、該透孔にゴム状弾性体でなりキートップを押圧変位可能に弾性支持する作動部とを有するベースシートを備えるキーシートにおいて、
硬質基板に複数の透孔間に通じる連結溝を形成するとともに、連結溝に作動部どうしを繋ぐ連結部を一体成形したことを特徴とするキーシート。 - キートップを弾性支持する作動部の上面を硬質基板の基板面よりも低い孔内位置に形成した請求項1記載のキーシート。
- 連結部に成形痕を有する請求項1又は請求項2記載のキーシート。
- 連結部に凹部を形成し、該凹部内に成形痕を有する請求項1〜請求項3何れか1項記載のキーシート。
- 複数の作動部及び連結部が透光性のゴム状弾性体であり、該連結部に機器に備える内部光源の収容凹部を形成した請求項1〜請求項4何れか1項記載のキーシート。
- 複数の透孔を貫通形成した硬質基板を成形金型に載置し、ゴム状弾性体の金型成形により各透孔を塞ぐ作動部を形成し、次いで作動部にキートップを固着するキーシートの製造方法において、
貫通形状の複数の透孔と、複数の透孔間に通じる連結溝と、を有する硬質基板を成形する工程と、
何れかの透孔との対応位置又は連結溝との対応位置に注入口が開口する成形金型を用い、該注入口からゴム状弾性体を注入して、硬質基板に複数の作動部と作動部どうしを繋ぐ連結部を一体成形する工程と、
各作動部に、キートップを固着する工程と、を含むことを特徴とするキーシートの製造方法。
