Claims (18)
- 車両のための揺動支持部であって、
縦長で、特に中空の基体(1)を備えている形式のものにおいて、
基体(1,11,21,31)が、ボールジョイントの支承シェルを形成するかまたは有する少なくとも1つの区分(1a,11a,21a,31a)を備えていることを特徴とする、揺動支持部。 - 支承シェルを形成するかまたは有する前記区分(31a)が、支承シェル(38)を収容するための成形部(31b)を備えている、請求項1記載の揺動支持部。
- 支承シェル(38)が、プレス嵌めによって前記成形部(31b)に保持されている、請求項2記載の揺動支持部。
- 支承シェル(38)が、前記成形部(31b)に固着され、かつ/または縁曲げされ、かつ/または溶接され、かつ/または固定リングおよび/またはスナップ結合によって、取り付けられている、請求項2記載の揺動支持部。
- 支承シェルを形成するかまたは有する前記区分の成形部(1b,11b,21b)が、支承シェルを形成しており、該成形部(1b,11b,21b)が、特にシェル形状を有している、請求項1記載の揺動支持部。
- 支承シェルを形成するかまたは有する前記区分(1a)が、基体(1)の端部領域である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の揺動支持部。
- 基体(1)の両方の端部領域が、ボールジョイントの支承シェルを形成しているかまたは有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の揺動支持部。
- 基体(1,11,21,31)が、特にプラスチックから成る射出成形部である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の揺動支持部。
- 基体が、押出中空体ブロー成形法によって製作されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の揺動支持部。
- 基体(1,11,21,31)が、2つの構成要素から成っており、これらの構成要素のうちの1構成要素が、芯部(K)を成していて、別の1構成要素が、外套面(M)を成している、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の揺動支持部。
- 芯部(K)を成す構成要素が、特に繊維強化材料から成っており、外套面構成要素が、軟性材料から成っている、請求項10記載の揺動支持部。
- 基体の、支承シェルを成す領域の材料が、特に埋設された繊維または一体成形されたリブによって補強されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の揺動支持部。
- 支承シェルが、ジョイントボールを、180°の角度を超えて包囲している、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の揺動支持部。
- シェル状成形部の縁部領域において、嵌め込まれたジョイントボールの紛失を防止し、かつ/またはシールベローズの取付に役立つ突出部が、基体に一体成形されている、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の揺動支持部。
- 基体(11)の自由端部(11e)が、内壁および/または外壁(11f,11g)で、固定エレメント(13)を係止するのに役立つ少なくとも1つの凹部(11h)、特に環状に延びる溝を備えている、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の揺動支持部。
- 固定エレメント(13)が、自動車構成部材に揺動支持部を取り付けるのに役立つ部材として形成されている、請求項15記載の揺動支持部。
- 基体の、支承シェルを形成するかまたは有する前記区分が、基体の中央部材に対して面取りするか、または比較的薄肉に形成されている、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項記載の揺動支持部。
- シールベローズが、ボールジョイントを密に包囲しており、シールベローズが、基体または支承シェルに、特に係止結合によって取り付けられている、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載の揺動支持部。
