Claims (22)
- バルブ・アセンブリ用の位置センサであって、
あらかじめ規定された磁界を生成し、複数の個別の磁石を具備する磁束源と、
該磁束源と前記センサとの間の相対的な変位の結果、前記磁界における変化を検出するように前記磁束源の近傍に配置されたセンサと
を備える位置センサ。 - 前記複数の個別の磁石は、複数の個々の磁界に対する前記センサの配置に依存する該センサからのあらかじめ規定された出力信号を得る複合磁界と相互作用し、且つ、該複合磁界を生成するように設計された複数の個々の磁界を生成する請求項1記載の位置センサ。
- 前記センサは、
磁気センサと、
該磁気センサを通じた前記個々の磁界を蓄積し且つ導くために幾何学的に形成された磁束集合極片と、
前記センサと前記磁束源との間の変位の信号表現を提供するために前記磁気センサに接続された処理手段と
を備える請求項2記載の位置センサ。 - 前記複数の個々の磁界の相互作用は、前記複数の個別の磁石の幾何学的な中心を通じた軸回りの前記複数の個別の磁石の角回転によって決定される請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記複数の個々の磁界間の相互作用は、前記複数の個別の磁石のインダクションによって決定される請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記複数の個別の磁石に対する前記センサの相対的な変位は、直線である請求項2記載の位置センサ。
- 前記磁界における変化は、変位に対して実質的に線形である請求項6記載の位置センサ。
- 前記複数の個別の磁石に対する前記センサの相対的な変位は、回転式である請求項2記載の位置センサ。
- 前記複数の個別の磁石は、前記回転軸回りの一定の半径に配置され、前記回転軸回りの一定の角度分配で配置されている請求項8記載の位置センサ。
- 前記磁界における変化は、変位に対して実質的に線形である請求項9記載の位置センサ。
- 前記磁気センサは、ホール効果センサ、磁気抵抗器、巨大な磁気抵抗ブリッジ、またはフラックスゲートである請求項2記載の位置センサ。
- 位置センサであって、
磁界を生成し、相互作用する磁界を生成する複数の個別の磁石を具備する磁束源と、
磁気センサと、
該磁気センサと前記磁束源との間の変位の信号表現を提供するために前記磁気センサに接続された処理手段と
を備える位置センサ。 - 前記複数の個々の磁界間の相互作用は、前記複数の個別の磁石のインダクションによって決定される請求項12記載の位置センサ。
- 前記複数の個々の磁界の相互作用は、前記複数の個別の磁石のそれぞれの幾何学的な中心を通じた軸回りの前記複数の個別の磁石の角回転によって決定される請求項12記載の装置。
- 前記磁気センサは、磁界および磁束集合極片に応答する電子装置を具備し、前記磁束集合極片は、前記磁気センサを通じた相互作用する磁界を蓄積し且つ導くように構成されている請求項12記載の位置センサ。
- 前記電子装置は、ホール効果装置、磁気抵抗器、巨大な磁気抵抗ブリッジ、またはフラックスゲートである請求項15記載の位置センサ。
- 前記個々の磁界間の相互作用は、実質的に線形に前記変位の信号表現の変化を生じさせる請求項12記載の位置センサ。
- 位置センサであって、
磁界および磁束集合極片に応答する電子装置を含むセンサと
前記磁束集合極片は、U形を形成する磁気的に浸透性の材料の第1および第2のL形セクションの対称な配置によって構成され、
前記U形の極片のベースは、前記第1および第2のL形セクションを分離するギャップを有し、
該ギャップは、前記電子装置との密接な接触を提供するようなサイズとされ、
実質的に線形に変化する磁界を生成し、前記センサと前記磁束源との間の変位の信号表現を提供する前記磁束集合極片の前記第1および第2のL形セクションの間で円柱状に形成され且つ回転する磁束源と、
を備える位置センサ。 - 前記磁束源は、実質的に前記磁束集合極片の内部幅の3分の2の長さを有している請求項18記載の装置。
- 前記磁束源は、単一の棒磁石を備える請求項19記載の装置。
- 前記磁束源は、極誘引との密接な接触で配置された複数の個別の磁石を備える請求項19記載の装置。
- 前記代表的な信号は、約110度の回転を通じて生成され、該回転は、前記磁束集合極片の前記第1および第2のL形セクションを2分する平面に関して対称的に分配され、該2分する平面は、前記磁気センサの検出面に直角である請求項18記載の装置。
