Abstract
【解決手段】1−ナフトールとヒドロキシメタンスルフィン酸との化合物に、ポリビニルアルコールを添加する。ヒドロキシメタンスルフィン酸を1〜1.5の重量の比の1−ナフトールとの混合物とし、10〜40%水溶液において、窒素雰囲気中、pH11〜13のアルカリ環境で70〜95℃の温度として澄んだ透明な色の製品を得、この製品に70,000〜90,000の間の分子量とOH基の加水分解の度合いが99%以上であるポリビニルアルコールを添加する。

Description
−それぞれの重合製品へのスケールの断片の混入による最終製品の汚染は、品質の悪化及びユーザーの苦情をもたらす、
−工業的ポリ塩化ビニルプラント(P.V.C)を操業する地域において、生産システム及び環境上の問題の両方の決定的な問題を生じる。
Claims (6)
- 1−ナフトールとヒドロキシメタンスルフィン酸との化合物に、ポリビニルアルコールを添加したことを特徴とする重合反応器用スケール防止剤。
- ヒドロキシメタンスルフィン酸を1〜1.5の重量の比の1−ナフトールとの混合物とし、10〜40%水溶液において、窒素雰囲気中、pH11〜13のアルカリ環境で70〜95℃の温度として澄んだ透明な色の製品を得、この製品に70,000〜90,000の間の分子量とOH基の加水分解の度合いが99%以上であるポリビニルアルコールを添加することで得られることを特徴とする重合反応器用スケール防止剤。
- 1−ナフトールとヒドロキシメタンスルフィン酸との化合物に、ポリビニルアルコールを添加することを特徴とする重合反応器用スケール防止剤の製造方法。
- ヒドロキシメタンスルフィン酸を1〜1.5の重量の比の1−ナフトールとの混合物とし、10〜40%水溶液において、窒素雰囲気中、pH11〜13のアルカリ環境で70〜95℃の温度として澄んだ透明な色の製品を得、この製品に70,000〜90,000の間の分子量とOH基の加水分解の度合いが99%以上であるポリビニルアルコールを添加することを特徴とする重合反応器用スケール防止剤の製造方法。

- ヒドロキシメタンスルフィン酸を1〜1.5の重量の比の1−ナフトールとの混合物とし、10〜40%水溶液において、窒素雰囲気中、pH11〜13のアルカリ環境で70〜95℃の温度として澄んだ透明な色の製品を得、この製品に70,000〜90,000の間の分子量とOH基の加水分解の度合いが99%以上であるポリビニルアルコールを添加して混合物を得、この混合物を水蒸気とともに重合反応器の内壁に塗布することを特徴とする重合反応器用スケール防止剤の塗布方法。
