（ｂ）その他の１種以上の腐食防止剤 ０〜１０質量％、この際１Ｈ−１,２,３−ベンゾトリアゾールおよび／または１Ｈ−１,２,３−トルトリアゾールおよび／またはこれらの誘導体を一緒に使用する場合には、１Ｈ−１,２,４−トリアゾール対前記１Ｈ−１,２,３−トリアゾール類の質量比が４：１より大でなければならない、
を含有する改善された腐食防止を有する圧媒液、特に自動車用ブレーキ液に関する。

【技術分野】

本発明は改善された腐食防止を有する圧媒液、特に自動車用ブレーキ液に関し、これは
（ａ）１Ｈ−１,２,４−トリアゾール ０.００５〜０.１２５質量％および
（ｂ）その他の１種以上の腐食防止剤 ０〜１０質量％、この際１Ｈ−１,２,３−ベンゾトリアゾールおよび／または１Ｈ−１,２,３−トルトリアゾールおよび／またはこれらの誘導体を一緒に使用する場合には、１Ｈ−１,２,４−トリアゾール対前記１Ｈ−１,２,３−トリアゾール類の質量比が４：１より大でなければならない、
を含有する。

圧媒液および特に自動車用ブレーキ液には、その化学的および物理的特性に関して非常に高い要求がなされている。近代的ブレーキ液は、US Department of Transportation in Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard FMVSS-No. 116からのブレーキ液に関する現在の基準および規格およびSociety of Automotive Engineersにより提出された基準SAE J 1704に相応して、一方では高いドライ沸点（equilibrium reflux boiling points "ERBP"）および高いウェット沸点（"wet ERBP"）を有し、他方では広い温度範囲において僅かに変化する粘度をも有していなければならない。

更に、自動車産業においては金属および非鉄金属における改善された腐食防止への厳しい要求がなされている。腐食防止剤は、ブレーキ液においては金属性の材料の腐食に起因する破壊を阻止するという課題を有している。

１Ｈ−１,２,３−ベンゾトリアゾールまたは１Ｈ−１,２,３−トルトリアゾールのような１Ｈ−１,２,３−トリアゾール類を圧媒液もしくはブレーキ液中に腐食防止剤として使用することは、すでに長いこと、例えばＥＰ−Ａ０２８７８９（１）およびＥＰ−Ａ４５４１１０（２）から、公知である。

ＷＯ００／４６３２５（３）中には、腐食防止剤として質量比１：４〜４：１で１Ｈ−１,２,３−ベンゾトリアゾールまたはその誘導体、例えば１Ｈ−１,２,３−トルトリアゾールと１Ｈ−１,２,４−トリアゾールまたはその誘導体とからなる組合せを含有する、圧媒液が推奨されている。ＷＯ００／４６３２５（３）の表１〜４中には、比較のために１Ｈ−１,２,４−トリアゾールを単独で０.１５質量％の濃度で含有する圧媒液も記載されている；しかしながら、その腐食防止作用は銅においてのみ認容性である。

従来技術において公知の圧媒液および自動車用のブレーキ液は、その特性、特に腐食防止に関して、更に改善されなければならないものである。従って、特に金属および非鉄金属における改善された腐食防止への前記の要求を満たす圧媒液を製造するという課題がある。

こうして、冒頭に定義した液圧または動力伝送液体を見いだした。

本発明による圧媒液、特に自動車用ブレーキ液は有利に、成分（ａ）を０.００５〜０.１０質量％、有利に０.００５〜０.０８質量％、特に有利に０.００５〜０.０６質量％含有する。

本発明による圧媒液、特に自動車用ブレーキ液は有利な実施態様において、成分（ａ）を唯一のトリアゾールベースの腐食防止剤として含有する。このことは、１Ｈ−１,２,３−ベンゾトリアゾール、１Ｈ−１,２,３−トルトリアゾールまたは水添１Ｈ−１,２,３−トルトリアゾールのようなトリアゾール類をここでは排除し、しかしながら無機および／または他の構造の有機腐食防止剤は存在していてもよいということを意味する。

他の有利な実施態様においては、本発明による圧媒液、特に自動車用ブレーキ液はその他の腐食防止剤（ｂ）１種以上を更に１０質量％まで、特に５質量％まで含有し、この際１Ｈ−１,２,３−ベンゾトリアゾールおよび／または１Ｈ−１,２,３−トルトリアゾールおよび／またはこれらの誘導体を一緒に使用する場合には、１Ｈ−１,２,４−トリアゾール対前記１Ｈ−１,２,３−トリアゾール類の質量比が４：１より大でなければならない。

その他の腐食防止剤（ｂ）としては、ここでは特にリン酸および亜リン酸のアルカリ金属塩、脂肪酸、例えばカプリル酸、ラウリン酸、パルミチン酸、ステアリン酸または油酸、並びにこれらのアルカリ金属塩、リン酸および亜リン酸のエステル、例えばリン酸エチル、リン酸ジメチル、リン酸イソプロピル、リン酸ジイソプロピル、亜リン酸ブチルまたは亜リン酸ジメチル、場合によりエトキシル化されたモノまたはジアルキルアミンおよび鉱酸および脂肪酸とのその塩、例えばブチルアミン、ヘキシルアミン、オクチルアミン、イソノニルアミン、オレイルアミン、ジプロピルアミン、ジイソプロピルアミンまたはジブチルアミン、場合によりエトキシル化されたアルカノールアミン、例えばモノ、ジまたはトリエタノールアミン、Ｎ，Ｎ′−ジ−ｎ−ブチルアミンエタノールまたは１,１′−イミノジプロパン−２−オール、シクロヘキシルアミン、ベンズイミダゾールおよび水添トルトリアゾール並びにニトロ芳香族、例えば３−ニトロベンズアルデヒドを挙げることができる。

前記腐食防止剤（ｂ）は本発明による圧媒液、特に自動車のためのブレーキ液中に、有利に０.００１〜１０質量％、特に０.００１〜５質量％の量で存在する。

特別に有利な実施態様においては、本発明による圧媒液、特に自動車のためのブレーキ液は、１Ｈ−１,２,４−トリアゾール（ａ）の他に、付加的な腐食防止剤（ｂ）として、ベンズイミダゾール、水添１Ｈ−１,２,３−トルトリアゾール、プリン、アデニン、６−クロロプリン、２,６−ジクロロプリン、６−メトキシプリン、１Ｈ−１,２,３−トリアゾロ（４,５Ｂ）ピリジン、６−ヒスタミノプリンおよび６−フルフリルアミノプリンの群からの化合物１種以上および場合によりその他の（ａ）とは異なる腐食防止剤を０.００１〜５質量％、特に０.００１〜０.５質量％含有する。前記のプリン誘導体は圧媒液、特に自動車のためのブレーキ液のための非鉄金属−腐食防止剤としてドイツ特許出願Ｐ１００２６０１０.１号明細書に記載されている。

全ての前記および以降に記載されている質量％の記載は、他に記載のない限り、圧媒液もしくはブレーキ液の全量に対するものである。全ての前記および以降に記載されている、圧媒液、特に自動車のためのブレーキ液のための成分の全ての合計は足すとそれぞれ１００質量％になる。

本発明の対象は特に、腐食防止剤として前記の成分（ａ）および場合により成分（ｂ）を含有する自動車用ブレーキ液である。

本発明による自動車のためのブレーキ液は、有利な実施態様において成分（ａ）および場合により成分（ｂ）の他に更にポリグリコールエーテルおよび／またはそのホウ酸エステル１種以上を０.１〜９７質量％、特に３０〜９７質量％、殊に５０〜９７質量％含有する。

この際、好適なポリグリコールエーテルは特にエチレンオキシド単位６個までおよびアルキル基中に炭素原子４個までを有するエチレングリコールモノアルキルエーテル、例えばメチルジグリコール、メチルトリグリコール、ブチルトリグリコールまたはメチルテトラグリコールである。更に、アルキレンオキシド単位６個までおよびアルキル基中に炭素原子４個までを有するエチレングリコール−またはプロピレングリコールジアルキルエーテル、例えばトリエチレングリコール−ジメチルエーテル、テトラエチレングリコール−ジメチルエーテル、ジエチレングリコール−ジ−ｔ−ブチルエーテル、ジエチレングリコール−ジブチルエーテル、ブチルジグリコール−ｔ−ブチルエーテルまたはジプロピレングリコール−ジメチルエーテルを挙げることができる。

前記またはその他のポリグリコールエーテルの好適なホウ酸エステルは特に明細書ＥＰ−Ｂ０１３９２５（環式ビスホウ酸エステル）、ＤＥ−Ａ２４３８０３８（ホウ酸−アルキレングリコール−モノアルキルエーテル−エステル）およびＤＥ−Ｂ１７６８９３３（ホウ酸−トリス−アルコキシアルキルエステル）中に記載されている。

本発明による自動車用のブレーキ液は主成分として、前記ポリグリコールエーテルおよび／またはそのホウ酸エステルの代わりに、カルボン酸エステル、鉱油またはシリコーンオイルをベースとするものも含まれていてよい。

更に有利な実施態様において、本発明による自動車用のブレーキ液は成分（ａ）および場合により成分（ｂ）の他に、更にポリグリコール１種以上を０.１〜５０質量％、特に１〜４０質量％、殊に５〜３０質量％含有する。

この際、好適なポリグリコールは特に、エチレンオキシドおよび／またはプロピレンオキシドおよび／またはブチレンオキシドと水またはジオールとの高沸点反応生成物であり、特にエチレンオキシドおよびプロピレンオキシドからなる混合物と水との相応する反応生成物が使用される。そのようなポリグリコール中のアルキレンオキシド単位の数は通常２〜１０である。

この高沸点ポリグリコールの作用は潤滑剤の作用であり、これは温度−粘度−挙動の改善に由来する。ポリグリコールは高温において低粘性のポリグリコールエーテルに十分な粘度を付与し、こうして十分な潤滑作用を提供する。自動車のブレーキシステムの部材中では金属上のゴムまたはエラストマーが可能な限り摩耗なしに滑らかに作動する必要があるので、十分な潤滑性は自動車のブレーキシステムの部材において必要である。

本発明による自動車用のブレーキ液中の更なる成分および助剤は、常用の抗酸化剤、例えばフェノチアジンおよび／またはフェノールベースのもの、および常用の消泡剤であってよい。

更に、本発明によるブレーキ液は、水の存在において低温粘度を下げるための成分として好適であるＷＯ００／６５００１中に記載された環式カルボン酸誘導体を含有していてよい。

前記の少量の１Ｈ−１,２,４−トリアゾールの存在は、優れた方法で、本発明による圧媒液もしくは自動車用のブレーキ液が冒頭に挙げた要求に対応すること、および特に公知技術に対して全体的に良好な腐食挙動、すなわち金属、例えば鉄、スチール、ブリキ、鋳鉄（ネズミ鋳鉄）、鉛、スズ、クロム、亜鉛、アルミニウム、マグネシウムおよびそれらの合金において、およびハンダ金属、例えばハンダスズにおいて、および非鉄金属例えば銅、およびその合金、例えば黄銅において、改善された腐食防止に作用するということを提供する。

特に、本発明による圧媒液もしくは自動車用のブレーキ液中への少量の１Ｈ−１,２,４−トリアゾールの添加は経済的および生態学的に有利である。

適用例
非鉄金属腐食防止剤として１Ｈ−１,２,３−トルトリアゾール０.０５質量％をそれぞれ含有する、市場において慣用のＤＯＴ４−ブレーキ液もしくはＤＯＴ５.１−ブレーキ液ＢＦ１（ＥＲＢＰ：２６７℃、ウェットＥＲＢＰ：１７３℃、−４０℃での動粘性率：６７６ｃＳｔ）およびＢＦ２（ＥＲＢＰ：２６３℃、ウェットＥＲＢＰ：１８１℃、−４０℃での動粘性率：８５０ｃＳｔ）をベースとし、これに対する比較において、本発明によるブレーキ液ＢＦ１ａ、ＢＦ１ｂ、ＢＦ１ｃおよびＢＦ２ａを試験した。

使用した自動車用ブレーキ液は次の組成を有する：
ＢＦ１：
メチルトリグリコールボレート ５５.００質量％、
メチルトリグリコール、メチルテトラグリコール、ブチルトリグリコールおよびメチルジグリコールからなる混合物 ４３.４４質量％、
１,１′−イミノジプロパン−２−オール、フェノチアジンおよびリン酸エステルからなる混合物 １.５１質量％、
１Ｈ−１,２,３−トルトリアゾール ０.０５質量％、
ＢＦ２：
メチルトリグリコールボレート ６８.００質量％、
メチルトリグリコール、メチルジグリコール、ブチルジグリコールおよびジグリコールからなる混合物 ２８.８４質量％、
１,１′−イミノジプロパン−２−オール、ヒドロキシアニソールおよびリン酸誘導体からなる混合物 ３.１１質量％、
１Ｈ−１,２,３−トルトリアゾール ０.０５質量％。

本発明によるブレーキ液ＢＦ１ａおよびＢＦ２ａはＢＦ１およびＢＦ２と、１Ｈ−１,２,３−トルトリアゾール０.０５質量％の代わりに、同量の１Ｈ−１,２,４−トリアゾールを含有するという点においてのみ異なる；本発明によるブレーキ液ＢＦ１ｂは１Ｈ−１,２,３−トルトリアゾール０.０５質量％の代わりに、１Ｈ−１,２,４−トリアゾール０.０４質量％およびアデニン０.０１質量％を含有する；本発明によるブレーキ液ＢＦ１ｃは１Ｈ−１,２,３−トルトリアゾール０.０５質量％の代わりに、１Ｈ−１,２,４−トリアゾール０.０７質量％を含有する（このために、メチルトリグリコールボレートを僅かに５４.９８質量％含有する）。

適用技術テストはPSA Peugeot-Citroen社の２０００年バージョンにおける銅腐食テストＰＳＡ Ｄ５３５３８７により実施した。この際、最初に予めアセトン中で洗浄した全表面積１０００ｃｍ２の銅シート（寸法：７１.４ｃｍ×７ｃｍ×０.０５ｃｍ）を丸いシリンダー状の形に、金属の表面が内側で接触しないように螺旋状に巻き上げる。この銅シートをブレーキ液２９４ｍｌおよび蒸留水６ｍｌからなる混合液中に入れ、１００時間１００℃に加熱する；２℃に冷却した蒸留水中を予め導通した空気を、液体中に１時間あたり１０ ｌ導通した。テストの後、再び巻を戻した銅シートの外観および液体の外観を視覚的に評価しかつ液体の銅含量を調べた。

本発明の組成がＢＦ１およびＢＦ２のような従来のブレーキ液とは異なり、テスト液体中に僅かなＣｕ−含量を有する非常に良好な銅腐食防止を提供するだけでなく、更に被覆を有さない金属表面をもたらし、かつブレーキ液中で沈殿不形成に作用することが明らかである。

更に、以下に記載するＳＡＥ Ｊ １７０４（９７年１月）による腐食テストにおける結果は、低い１Ｈ−１,２,４−トリアゾール含量を有するＢＦ２ａのような本発明のブレーキ液が高い１Ｈ−１,２,４−トリアゾール含量を有するＢＦ１ｄのような本発明によらない組成に比べて利点を有している、ということを支持している、それというのも本発明によるＢＦ２ａは、銅においてより良好な腐食結果を示している（ＢＦ１ｄはＢＦ１に相当するが、１Ｈ−１,２,３−トルトリアゾールの代わりに、１Ｈ−１,２,４−トリアゾールを０.２０質量％含有し、メチルトリグリコールボレート僅かに５４.８５質量％含有する）。

Claims (7)

  1. （ａ）１Ｈ−１,２,４−トリアゾール ０.００５〜０.１２５質量％および
    （ｂ）その他の１種以上の腐食防止剤 ０〜１０質量％、この際１Ｈ−１,２,３−ベンゾトリアゾールおよび／または１Ｈ−１,２,３−トルトリアゾールおよび／またはこれらの誘導体を一緒に使用する場合には、１Ｈ−１,２,４−トリアゾール対前記１Ｈ−１,２,３−トリアゾール類の質量比が４：１より大でなければならない、
    を含有する改善された腐食防止を有する圧媒液。
  2. 成分（ａ）を０.００５〜０.０８質量％含有する、請求項１記載の圧媒液。
  3. 成分（ａ）を唯一のトリアゾールベースの腐食防止剤として含有する、請求項１記載の圧媒液。
  4. 成分（ｂ）としてベンズイミダゾール、水添１Ｈ−１,２,３−トルトリアゾール、プリン、アデニン、６−クロロプリン、２,６−ジクロロプリン、６−メトキシプリン、１Ｈ−１,２,３−トリアゾロ（４,５Ｂ）ピリイジン、６−ヒスタミノプリンおよび６−フルフリルアミノプリンの群からの化合物１種以上および場合によりその他の（ａ）とは異なる腐食防止剤を０.００１〜０.５質量％含有する、請求項１または2記載の圧媒液。
  5. 腐食防止剤として請求項１から４までのいずれか１項記載の、成分（ａ）および場合により成分（ｂ）を含有する、自動車用ブレーキ液。
  6. 成分（ａ）および場合により成分（ｂ）の他に、更にポリグリコールエーテルおよび／またはそのホウ酸エステル１種以上を０.１〜９７質量％含有する、請求項５記載の自動車用ブレーキ液。
  7. 成分（ａ）および場合による成分（ｂ）の他に、更にポリグリコール１種以上を０.１〜５０質量％含有する、請求項５または６記載の自動車用ブレーキ液。
