Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.水性懸濁液中での微小藻類の破裂方法であって、この水性懸濁液中に微細 な気泡を発生させ、この気泡の存在下にこの水性懸濁液中で藻類細胞を機械的に 剪断する工程、細胞を破裂させるのに十分な圧力で、この水性懸濁液を液相の中 に絞りを通して通過させる工程及び細胞を破裂させるために十分な供給物入口圧 力でジェームソンセルを操作する工程並びにこれらの組合せからなる群から選択 された工程を含んでなる方法。 2.細胞を破裂させるのに十分な圧力で、水性懸濁液を液相の中に絞りを通し て通過させる工程が、細胞を破裂させるのに十分な圧力及び循環率で、この水性 懸濁液を絞りを通してポンプループ内で循環させることを含んでなる請求の範囲 第1項に記載の方法。 3.細胞を破裂させるのに十分な圧力で、水性懸濁液を液相の中に絞りを通し て通過させる工程が、この懸濁液をフレンチプレスに通過させることを含んでな る請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 4.この水性懸濁液中で細胞を機械的に剪断する工程が、細胞を破裂させるの に十分な先端速度で、インペラーをこの水性懸濁液中で回転させることを含んで なる請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 5.塩水中での藻類Dunaliella salinaの細胞の破裂方法であって、この水性 懸濁液中で微細な気泡を発生させ、この気泡の存在下にこの塩水中で細胞を機械 的に剪断する工程、細胞を破裂させるのに十分な圧力で、この塩水を液相の中に 絞りを通して通過させる工程及び細胞を破裂させるのに十分な供給物入口圧力で ジェームソンセルを操作する工程並びにこれらの組合せからなる群から選択され た工程を含んでなる方法。 6.細胞を破裂させるのに十分な圧力で、塩水を液相の中に絞り を通して通過させる工程が、約50〜200psigの圧力及び約100〜300%の再循環率 で、この塩水を絞りを通してポンプループ内で循環させることを含んでなる請求 の範囲第5項に記載の方法。 7.細胞を破裂させるのに十分な圧力で、塩水を液相の中に絞りを通して通過 させる工程が、この塩水をフレンチプレスに通過させることからなる請求の範囲 第5項に記載の方法。 8.この塩水中で細胞を機械的に剪断する工程が、細胞を破裂させるのに十分 な先端速度で、インペラーをこの塩水中で回転させることを含んでなる請求の範 囲第5項に記載の方法。 9.約50〜200psigの圧力及び約100〜300%の再循環率で、この塩水を絞りを 通してポンプループ内で循環させることを含んでなる塩水中での藻類Dunaliella salinaの細胞の破裂方法。
