Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.単層または複数層の金属製軸受材料を有し、すべり面が潤滑油ポケットを備 えている、すべり軸受要素において、すべり軸受要素の表面から測定した、潤 滑油ポケット(10,10’,10”,10''',10a,10b,10c) の深さTが、0.03〜0.3mm であり、ポケット深さに対するポケット面積の比が 10〜40mmであることを特徴とするすべり軸受要素。 2.1.8 〜50mPasの運転粘度ηを有する潤滑剤の場合、潤滑油ポケット(10 ,10’,10”,10''',10a,10b,10c)の深さT(mm)がT =0.5 〜1ea の範囲にあり、ここでa=0.45・1nη−3であることを特徴と す る請求項1記載のすべり軸受要素。 3.すべての潤滑油ポケット(10,10’,10”,10''',10a,10 b,10c)の面積が最大ですべり面(6,6’)全体の10%であることを 特徴とする請求項1または2記載のすべり軸受要素。 4.潤滑油ポケット(10,10’,10”,10''',10a,10b,10 c)が異なる深さTを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに 記載のすべり軸受要素。 5.潤滑油ポケット(10a,10b,10c)が最大負荷の範囲または最小潤 滑フィルム厚さの範囲に、最大深さを有し、深さが小さな負荷の範囲または増 大する潤滑フィルム厚さの方へ連続的に浅くなっていることを特徴とする請求 項4記載のすべり軸受要素。 6.潤滑油ポケット(10a’,10b’,10c’)が最小負荷の範囲に最大 深さを有し、深さが大きな負荷の範囲の方へ連続的に浅くなっていることを特 徴とする請求項4記載のすべり軸受要素。 7.潤滑油ポケット(10,10’,10”,10''',10a,10b,10 c)がエンボス加工されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つ に記載のすべり軸受要素。 8.軸受材料がアルミニウム合金(4,4’)であり、このアルミニウム合金に 、潤滑油ポケット(10,10’,10”,10''',10a,10b,10 c )が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載のす べり軸受要素。 9.すべり面(6,6’)が潤滑油ポケット(10,10’,10''',10''' ,10a,10b,10c)を含めて、電気めっき層(5)またはスパッタリ ング層で被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載 のすべり軸受要素。 10.電気めっき層(5)またはスパッタリング層の厚さが、形成された潤滑油ポ ケット(10,10’,10”,10''',10a,10b,10c)の深さ Tよりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項9記載のすべり軸受要素。 11.電気めっき層(5)またはスパッタリング層の厚さが、潤滑油ポケット(1 0,10’,10”,10''',10a,10b,10c)の深さTよりも大 きく、電気めっき層(5)またはスパッタリング層(5)の輪郭が、軸受金属 層に形成された潤滑油ポケット(10,10’,10”,10''',10a, 10b,10c)の輪郭に追従していることを特徴とする請求項9記載のすべ り軸受要素。 12.潤滑油ポケット(10,10a,10b,10c)が球の一部の形をしてい ることを特徴とする請求項1−11のいずれか一つに記載のすべり軸受要素。 13.潤滑油ポケット(10”)が円錐台の形をしていることを特徴とする請求項 1〜11のいずれか一つに記載のすべり軸受要素。 14.円錐台状の潤滑油ポケット(10”)の側面角度αが30〜60゜であるこ とを特徴とする請求項13記載のすべり軸受要素。 15.潤滑油ポケット(10''')が上から見て菱形の形をしていることを特徴と する請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載のすべり軸受要素。 16.潤滑油ポケット(10,10’,10”,10''',10a,10b,10 c)が縦方向線(15)に沿って並べて配置され、この縦方向線が周方向(1 7)に対して15〜40゜の角度βをなしていることを特徴とする、すべり軸 受の軸受金またはブッシュの形をした、請求項1−15のいずれか一つに記載 のすべり軸受要素。 17.潤滑油ポケット(10,10’,10”,10''',10a,10b,10 c )が横方向線(16)に沿って並べて配置され、この横方向線が軸方向(18 )に対して5〜25゜の角度γをなしていることを特徴とする請求項16記載 のすべり軸受要素。 18.潤滑油ポケット(10,10a,10b,10c)が縦方向線(15)と横 方向線(16)に沿って配置され、すべり方向において隣接する潤滑油ポケッ ト(10,10’,10”,10''',10a,10b,10c)からの距離 が少なくとも12mmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれか一つ に記載のすべり軸受要素。 19.潤滑油ポケット(10,10’,10”,10''',10a,10b,10 c)が頂点(8)の周りの±30〜±60゜の中心角範囲δ内に配置されてい ることを特徴とする請求項16〜18のいずれか一つに記載のすべり軸受要素 。 20.ピストン機械、特に内燃機関の主軸受およびまたはクランクピン軸受として 使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜19のいずれか一つに記載のすべり軸 受要素の用途。
