Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.様々な投与分の粒状材料の各々を容器のそれぞれの区画に導入する方法で あって: (a)様々な突起を各区画内に挿入してその容積を減少させる工程、 (b)それぞれの突起を区画に挿入した状態で、前記粒状材料で各区画を充填す る工程、および (c)前記突起を取り除く工程 を含んでなり、材料の各投与分の体積がそれぞれの区画の体積より小さいことを 特徴とする方法。 2.各突起が、それぞれの区画にある程度挿入される導管を有し、それを通し て前記粒状材料が前記区画に導入される請求項1に記載の方法。 3.各導管がそれぞれの区画に挿入される距離が、さらなる挿入を防ぐために 区画への入り口の周囲において容器の一部とかみあう停止手段により決められる 請求項2に記載の方法。 4.容器が、各々がそれぞれの区画を構成する複数の開口部を有するプレート を含んでなり、この場合、開口部は、好ましくは、開口部が粒状材料の貯蔵部と つながるようにプレートを多孔質床上に位置合わせする工程、粒状材料を貯蔵部 から開口部へ移動させるように貯蔵部に気体圧力をかける工程により充填され、 この床の多孔度は、気体は通過させるが、粒状材料が開口部を通過することおよ びプレートの下側から逃げ出すことを防止するような程度のものである請求項1 〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。 5.気体圧力の適用が、貯蔵部、開口部および多孔質床を気体を通過させるこ とを含む請求項4に記載の方法。 6.床が、孔のあいたベースプレート、および使用時にベースプレートと容器 との間に挿入される微孔質材料のシート、例えば濾紙を有する請求項4または5 に記載の方法。 7.開口部が、いったん充填されると、各投与分がそれぞれの開口部内に封入 されるように封止される請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。 8.前記封止が、それぞれの材料のシートをプレートの各面に結合させること により達成される請求項7に記載の方法。。 9.容器が、材料が開口部から逃げ出すのを防止するようにプレートを支持体 上に支持しつつプレートの最上面に材料のシートを結合させ、プレートおよび支 持体をひっくりかえし、そこで最上面となるプレートの反対面を露出させるため に支持体を除去し、材料のシートを前記反対面に結合させることにより封止され る請求項8に記載の方法。 10.支持体が多孔質床を含む請求項9に記載の方法。 11.開口部を封止するシート材料が、そこにヒートシールされることにより本 体に付着するラミネート箔を含む請求項8〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。 12.プレートは柔軟性を有するものとすることができ、方法は、充填された後 、プレートを巻くまたは他の方法により円筒状に形成する工程を含む請求項4〜 11のいずれかに記載の方法。 13.容器が、環状端部キャップを適用することにより円筒形状に保持される請 求項12に記載の方法。 14.プレートが、長く平らな実質的に硬質のストリップの配列を有し、その隣 接対は、仕上げられた容器内において円筒の軸に実質的に平行であるように、互 いに蝶番のように動くことができる請求項12または13に記載の方法。 15.粒状材料が、粉末薬剤を含む請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の方法。 16. 容器の複数の区画の各々に粒状材料のそれぞれの投与分を導入するための 装置であって、前記粒状材料のための貯蔵部、区画につながっているときに貯蔵 部から区画に粒状材料を搬送するための導管手段、および、各投与分の体積がそ れが含まれる区画の体積より小さくなるように区画の利用できる容積を一時的に 低下させるようにそれぞれの区画に各々が挿入され得る複数の突起を含む装置。 17.突起が導管手段の一部を形成し、各々がそれぞれの区画にある程度挿入さ れ得る複数の導管を有する請求項16に記載の装置。 18.装置が、プレートを含む容器を充填するように配置され、導管が、導管を 区画に挿入し得る距離を制限するように使用時に容器にかみあう充填プレートか ら突起する請求項17に記載の装置。
