Abstract
La parte anteriore di un autoveicolo è simulata da una struttura-modello, riutilizzabile in cui una coppia di longheroni collassabili a fisarmonica sono formati. ciascuno da una pluralità di braccetti incernierati in serie tra loro mediante rispettivi mezzi di articolazione e da una pluralità di giunti a frizione idraulica costituenti almeno alcuni dei mezzi di articolazione; i giunti idraulici presentano ciascuno una coppia di slittamento tarabile a piacere, essendo collegati a mezzi di alimentazione di fluido pressurizzato ciascuno tramite una propria valvola regolatrice di pressione; dopo la taratura, la struttura-modello, che risulta in grado di deformarsi con la medesima legge di una struttura anteriore di scocca da simulare, viene utilizzata in una prova di impatto previo montaggio sulla stessa di un elemento da collaudare; dopo l'impatto, la struttura-modello collassata viene ripristinata nella configurazione di partenza mediante attuatori idraulici, previo azzeramento della pressione nei giunti idraulici.(Figura 2).
