Abstract

In un dispositivo di applicazione di materiale da spalmare su pasta cotta a forma sostanzialmente piana, in particolare biscotti e simili, che comprende un serbatoio (15) e un dispositivo di dosaggio (14) disposto dopo di esso, viene proposto l'inserimento di un trasportatore a coclea (13) sostanzialmente orizzontale tra il serbatoio (15) e il dispositivo di dosaggio (14) che trasporta il materiale da spalmare verso il dispositivo di dosaggio (14); il trasportatore a coclea (13) termina frontalmente nella testa dispensatrice (14) a forma di cilindro con asse sostanzialmente orizzontale che costituisce il dispositivo di dosaggio (14). Il corpo della testa dispensatrice (14) ha la forma di un tamburo (21) cilindrico rotante lungo l'asse della testa dispensatrice che contiene degli ugelli dispensatori (28), e nella parte stazionaria della testa dispensatrice (14) è previsto un sensore di pressione (36) che comanda la velocità di trasporto del trasportatore a coclea (13).
