Abstract

A találmány tárgya biológiailag lebontható lélegző, hőre lágyulófóliaanyag, amely egy biológiailag lebontható hőre lágyuló polimert ésebben diszpergált, a fólia nyújtása során mikropórusokat létrehozószervetlen töltőanyag részecskéket tartalmaz, a fóliaanyag folyadékszámára átjárhatatlan vastagságú és nyújtott területeket tartalmaz. Abiológiailag lebontható hőre lágyuló polimer egy poliészter polimer, afóliaanyag ASTM E96E szabvány szerint mért fajlagos páraáteresztése(MVTR) 1000 g/m2/nap-nál nagyobb értékű, és a fólianyag 620,52 kN/m2légnyomás mellett mért fajlagos légáteresztése nagyobb, mint 30cm3/cm2/perc. A találmány tárgyát képezi a biológiailag lebontható,lélegző fóliaanyag előállítására szolgáló eljárás is, amelynek soránegy biológiailag lebontható, hőre lágyuló polimer anyag olvadékábaszervetlen töltőanyag részecskéket adalékolnak, a megolvadt hőrelágyuló anyagot egy hengerszékbe extrudálják és abból legalábbközelítőleg 6,35-254 mm közötti vastagságú fóliaanyagot állítanak elő,majd a fóliaanyagot annak teljes mélységében haránt irányú egyenletes,szakaszos nyújtásnak vetik alá. Az eljáráshoz olvadékelegyként 40-75t% biológiailag lebontható hőre lágyuló poliészter polimert és 25-60t% szervetlen töltőanyag-részecskét tartalmazó elegyet használnak. Amegolvadt hőre lágyuló anyagot egy széles résű szerszámból egyhűtőzónán keresztül extrudálják egy hengerszékbe, és az eljárással egyaz ASTM E96E szabvány szerint mért 1000 g/m2/nap-nál nagyobb fajlagospáraáteresztésű (MTVR), és 620,52 kN/m2 légnyomáson mért 30cm3/cm2/perc értéknél nagyobb légáteresztésű, biológiailag lebontható,mikroporózus fóliaanyagot állítanak elő.
