Abstract
A találmány biológiai sejtek azonosítására és számlálására szolgálóreagensre és eljárásra vonatkozik. A reagens egy sejtlízist végrehajtószert tartalmaz - amely legalább egy, detergensek közül választottanyag - olyan koncentrációban, amely elegendő ahhoz, hogy a mintameghatározott típusú sejtjeit specifikusan feloldja és egy, amegmaradt ép sejtek intracelluláris nukleinsavait megfejteni képesszínezéket.
