Claims (9)
1. Eljárás kis sűrűségű polietilénfilmek előállításához alkalmazható polimerek in situ elkeverésére, amelynél a polimerizációs reakció körülményei között etilént és legalább egy, legalább 3 szénatomos α-olefint legalább két, sorba kapcsolt fluidágyas reaktorban olyan katali- 35 zátor jelenlétében érintkeztetnek, amely
i) MgaTi(OR)bXc(ED)d általános képletű komplexből
- a képletben
R jelentése 1-14 szénatomos alkil- vagy 6-14 szénatomos aromás csoport vagy COR’ általá- 40 nos képletű csoport, ahol R’ jelentése 1-14 szénatomos alkil-, vagy 6-14 szénatomos aromás csoport,
X jelentése halogénatom,
ED jelentése 2-20 szénatomos alifás- vagy aromás 45 karbonsav-alkil-észter, alifás keton, alifás amin, alifás alkohol, alkil- vagy cikloalkil éter elektrodonor csoport, a értéke 0,5-56 b értéke 0,1 vagy 2, 50 c értéke 2-116, és d értéke 2-58, ii) legalább egy AlR”eX’fHg általános képletű vegyületből - a képletben
X’ jelentése klóratom vagy OR’” általános képletű 55 csoport, ahol R” és R’” jelentése 1-14 szénatomos alkilcsoport, f értéke 0-1,5 közötti szám, g értéke 0 vagy 1 és e+g+f=3,és 60 iii) di- vagy trialkil-alumínium kokatalizátorból áll, azzal jellemezve, hogy olyan polimerizációs körülmények között végezzük a reakciót, mely szerint legalább egy reaktorban 0,1-1000 g/10 perc értékű olvadékindexű etilén kopolimer és legalább egy reaktorban 0,001-1,0 g/10 perc olvadékindexű etilén kopolimer képződjön, melyek mindegyikének sűrűsége 0,860,965 g/cm3 és olvadék folyási arányuk 20-70 és a kapott kopolimerek az aktív katalizátorral el vannak keverve, amelyet oly módon érünk el, hogy
a) az egyik reaktorban kapott etilén kopolimerből és aktív katalizátorból álló keveréket a sorban következő reaktorba továbbítjuk,
b) abban a reaktorban, ahol az alacsony olvadékindexű kopolimer képződik
1. az α-olefin mennyisége 1 mól etilénre számítva 0,02-3,5 mól,
2. az adott esetben jelen lévő hidrogén mennyisége pedig 1 mól etilén-a-olefin keverékre számítva 0,005-0,5 mól,
3. a reakció-hőmérséklet 10-115 °C közötti érték,
c) abban a reaktorban, ahol a magas olvadásindexű kopolimer képződik
1. az α-olefin mennyisége 1 mól etilénre számítva 0,02-3,5 mól,
2. a hidrogén mennyisége 1 mól etilén-a-olefin keverékre számítva 0,05-3 mól,
3. a reakció-hőmérséklet 30-105 °C közötti érték,
d) és további di- vagy trialkil-alumínium kokatalizátort adagolunk az első reaktort követő minden reaktorba olyan mennyiségben, hogy a katalizátor akti1
HU 206 508 Β vitás értékét az első reaktorban mutatott aktivitással azonos értéken tartsuk.
2. Az 1. igénypont szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy aktivátor vegyületként legalább egy, valamely következő vegyületet alkalmazunk: trietil-alumínium, triizobutil-alumínium, és dietil-alumínium-klorid.
3. Az 1, igénypont szerinti eljárás, azzaljellemezve, hogy alkil-alumínium-kokatalizátorként a következő anyagokból legalább egyet alkalmazunk: trietil-alumínium, triizobutil-alumínium.
4. Az 1. igénypont szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy elektrondonorként tetrahidrofüránt alkalmazunk.
5. Az 1. igénypont szerinti eljárás, azzaljellemezve, hogy két reaktort alkalmazunk sorba kötve,
6. Az 1. igénypont szerinti eljárás, azzaljellemezve, hogy a magas olvadékindex értéke 0,2-600 g/10 perc, és az alacsony olvadékindex értéke 0,01-0,2 g/10 perc.
7. Az 5. igénypont szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy a nagy olvadékindexű reaktorban nagy sűrűségű
5 polietilén mátrixot állítunk elő, majd a kapott polietilénmátrixba etilén/propilén kopolimert építünk be az alacsony olvadékindexű reaktorba.
8. Az 5. igénypont szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy a nagy olvadékindexű reaktorban nagy sűrűségű
10 polietilént állítunk elő, és ezt bensőségesen elkeverjük az alacsony olvadékindexű reaktorban előállított etilén/propilén kopolimerrel.
9. Az 1. igénypont szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy a polimerizációs reakciót gázfázisban végezzük
15 mindkét reaktorban.
