Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von aus teilchenfoermigen Stoffen bestehenden Platten, bei welchem ein verfestigbares teilchenfoermiges organisches Material mit einer Polyisocyanatmasse in Beruehrung gebracht und unter Waerme- und Druckeinwirkung zu Platten ausgeformt wird. Ziel der Erfindung ist eine Vereinfachung des Herstellungsverfahrens, wobei die Aufgabe zu loesen ist, in rationeller Weise ein Festkleben der Platten an den pressenden Heizplatten zu vermeiden. Hierzu wird das teilchenfoermige Material erfindungsgemaesz zusaetzlich zu der Behandlung mit der Polyisocyanatmasse mit 0,1 bis 20 Teilen eines oder mehrerer bestimmter Phosphate in Beruehrung gebracht. Beispiele fuer die eingesetzten Phosphate sind Mono-O-octyl-, Mono-O-nonyl-, Mono-O-heptadecyl oder Mono-O-docosenylphosphat, O,O-Di(octyl)-, O,O-Di(nonyl), Tetraoctyl-oder Tetra(heneikosyl)phosphat.
