Μια μέθοδος δια τον καθαρισμόν αποβλήτων εις τεχνικάς εγκαταστάσεις καθαρισμού αποβλήτων, έχει σαν σκοπό την βελτίωσιν της αποδόσεως αποικοδομήσεως, της βιολογικής απομακρύνσεως των φωσφορικών καθώς και της βελτιωμένης απομακρύνσεως του αζώτου υπό σύγχρονον βελτιστοποίησιν του ενεργειακού ισοζυγίου, καθώς και του αναγκαίου όγκου κατασκευής δια αυξήσεως της αποτελεσματικότητος των βαθμίδων κατεργασίας. Τα λύματα διέρχονται από μίαν προσαγωγήν τουλάχιστον εις μίαν αερόβιον περιοχήν και τουλάχιστον εις μίαν ζώνην η οποία λειτουργεί αζωτοοξειδωτικώς. Τουλάχιστον μια ζώνη προκαταρκτικής κατεργασίας, προσαγωγής ή αντιστοίχως εξισώσεως ή μια μη χρησιμοποιουμένη περιοχή ή αντιστοίχως μια ελευθέρα περιοχή ρυθμίσεως ενεργοποιείται με βιολογικήν κατεύθυνσιν.
