Abstract

Σε μια μέθοδο κοπής των άκρων κορυφής και ρίζας κρεμμυδιών προσδίδεται καθαρή περιστροφική κίνηση χωρίς μεταβατική κίνηση σε έκαστο κρεμμύδι σε ένα κινητό υπόστρωμα. Το κρεμμύδι προσανατολίζεται ως εκ τούτου κατά άξονα, και κατόπιν συγκρατείται στον προσανατολισμόν του ενώ λαμβάνει χώρα κοπή των άκρων κορυφής και ρίζας. Επίσης παρέχεται μια συσκευή για χρησιμοποιήση στην εκετέλεση της μεθόδου.
