Abstract

A jet device for use in processing tow comprises a housing having an entrance and an exit and a gaseous fluid inlet therebetween and resilient means adjacent the exit and arranged to engage tow passing through the jet device to cause an accumulation of tow at the jet exit. Embodiments are the same as described in Specification 986,393. Specifications 765,963, 986,392 and 986,395 also are referred to.
