Abstract

943,415. Carbon-sheet holders. CALIBRATED PAPERS Ltd. May 23, 1961 [May 24, 1960], No. 18362/60. Heading B6A. A carbon sheet for use in typing continuous stationery and secured to a backing sheet having an attached stop-bar at its trailing edge to engage the back of the platen when a new length of stationery is brought into position for typing, has the stop-bar detachably secured to the backing sheet. The stop-bar 1 has inturned ends with the parts 4 in a plane at an acute angle to the plane of the bar proper. Headed studs 6 on the bar pass through key-hole slots in the backing sheet and are engaged by slots 9 in a strip 8 so as to secure the bar to the sheet. The studs 6 may be provided on the strip 8 and the slots 9 formed in the bar 1. A flap covering the heads of the studs may be attached to the backing sheet.
