Abstract
936,939. Thermo-electric devices. SIEMENSSCHUCKERTWERKE A.G. Nov. 20, 1961 [Nov. 18, 1960], No. 41510/61. Class 37. A thermo-electric device comprising semiconductor elements 1, 2 is linked to a heatexchanging member 5, by a resilient member 6 of good thermal conductivity. The connecting member 7 for the elements 1, 2 may form part of the link 6. Alternatively the link 6 may be connected to the members 7 and 5 by hard or soft soldering or welding, or may be removably held between these members, or between the member 5 and the semi-conductor devices themselves, under pressure, the contacting surfaces being coated with silver.
