Abstract
910,288. Photographic silver salt diffusion processes. AGFA A.G. May 4, 1959 [May 3, 1958; Nov. 18, 1958], No. 15246/59. Addition to 805,854. Class 98 (2). The production of several positives from one negative with the aid of additional silver halide solvent for the successive transfers as described and claimed in the parent Specification is improved or modified by use of thiosulphate mixtures of different solubility as the solvents. Two examples specify positive layers containing sodium and barium thiosulphates together with nuclei for the purpose, and the possibility of using layers which contain only sparingly soluble thiosulphates of different solubility is referred to.
