Abstract

The invention comprises compounds of the general formula <FORM:0879883/IV (b)/1> wherein R and R1 represent C1-C8 alkyl radicals and the preparation thereof by heating to 35-50 DEG C. a mixture of nicotinic acid hydrochloride and a 3,3-disubstituted azetidine hydrochloride in equimolecular proportions in the presence of an excess over 3 moles of a tertiary aliphatic amine base in an inert organic solvent.
