841,672. Rollerway conveyers for furnaces. ULMKE, H. Sept. 8, 1958 [Sept. 11, 1957], No. 28781/58. Class 51 (2). [Also in Group XXX] A rollerway conveyer for use in an annealing furnace treating pipes, rods &c., comprises rollers 1 alternating with guide aprons 2, each apron being inclined at about 5 degrees to the horizontal and having a free end resting on a roller slightly below its crown, the other end having elongated sockets 4 resting on tubular supports 5. Bearing members 6 to which supports 5 are detachably or permanently fixed are recessed into the furnace hearth.
