Class 65(2) A detachable oven door carries a U spring, the ends 30, 31 of which are adapted to engage notches 34, 35 in a plate 14 pivoted at 17 to a plate 13 parallel therewith and welded to the oven frame. One end 30 of the spring is welded to one side of an open channel 25 in the door, the other end 31 being free to move in slots 33 in the channel sides. A stop 19 on plate 14 limits the hinging movement by abutting with the lug 20 on the plate 13 or with the bracket 21 on the frame.
