777,786. Fencing. DUNLOP RUBBER CO., Ltd. May 3, 1956 [June 30, 1955], No. 18876/55. Class 45. [Also in Group XVIII] A portable fence or obstruction indicator comprises a conical member 1 which is provided with a rib 2 and an apertured plate 3 for receiving a warning flag or an eye bolt for carrying a rope barrier, sign or lamp. The member 1 is made of natural or synthetic rubber or a rubber-resin composition and has coloured bands painted thereon. In a modification, Fig. 3 (not shown) the uppermost rim of the conical member is bent over inwardly and downwardly. Specification 665,785 is referred to.
