Abstract
755,837. Scaffolding. KWIKFORM, Ltd. April 20, 1954 [April 22, 1953], No. 11007/53. Class 20(2). A scaffold unit comprises a tube 12 on one end of which is a clamp 13 adapted to be engaged with an upright tube 11 by a movement transverse to the tube 11 and a clamp 14 adapted to engage a tube 15 such as a ledger at an angle to the tube 11. The active end of the tube may be supported by a clamp 13 on another upright 11 and be also provided with a clamp 14 or it may have a clamp 14 only supporting it on a ledger tube at the corner of a building or it may have a flat lug engaging between brick courses. Specifications 642,367 and 693,500 are referred to.
