754,483. Corsets. SPIESSHOFER, F., BRAUN, C., and BRAUN, H., [trading as SPIESSHOFER & BRAUN EXPORTGES.]. May 4, 1954 [May 5, 1953], No. 12894/54. Class 141. A corset &c. has a supporting element in the abdominal part, the support 1, Fig. 1, being heart-shaped with free ends 3, 4 and consisting of a spirally wound wire flattened to strip form. The free ends may be extended towards the point and additional supports, e.g. horizontal or vertical flexible bars may be located within the member 1. The support may have concave curvature 10, Fig. 3, at its sides. The support is inserted in pockets between the different layers of material.
