Abstract
753,285. Tubular heat exchange elements. UNION CARBIDE & CARBON CORPORATION. June 21, 1954 [July 24, 1953], No. 18186/54. Class 64(3). [Also in Group XXVIII] Each of a plurality of vertical parallel airspaced copper fins 2 only one of which is shown has soldered or brazed to it a sinuous duct 3 supplied with liquid oxygen (see Group XXVIII) from a manifold 5 and which discharges gaseous oxygen to a manifold 6. Atmospheric air is blown by a fan 4 between the fins 2.
