751,049. Storing gases under pressure. AKTIEBOLAGET B. A. HJORTH & CO. May 10, 1954 [May 9, 1953], No. 13642/54. Class 8(2). [Also in Group XVII] A liquefied gas storage container comprises a cylindrical tube 1 enlarged at one end 6 to provide a standbase and closed by a cup-member 4 inserted therein and sealed thereto e.g. by welding ; the other end of the tube 1 being closed by a similarly dimensioned cup 2 sealed to the exterior and having a central outlet nozzle 8. The latter is sealed to an inturned rim 7 of the cup 2 and the internal diameter of each cup is equal to the external diameter of the main portion of the tube 1.
