A motor cycle side-car support structure comprises a bell-crank member mounted on a side frame member, a side-car wheel mounted on one arm or part of the bell-crank member disposed for up and down movement, and a telescopic shock absorbing unit extending from a pivotal connection between it and the second arm or part of the bell-crank member substantially in the direction of thrust of the second arm or part to a pivotal connection between it and an adjacent part of the structure. As shown, the side-car wheel is rotatable about an axis A of a chassis frame bracket 2, the wheel being mounted on a stub-axle 5 on a lever plate 3 which is pivoted about the axis A and being sprung by a telescopic hydraulic spring unit 6 pivotally connected between a frame member 1 and the plate 3.
