713,180. Endless scraper conveyers. BASSNER, M. May 30, 1951, No. 12760/51. Class 78 (1) A double-chain scraper conveyer having a conveyer channel consisting of individual sections hingedly connected with each other and overlapping, and a return channel built-up of sections beneath the conveyer channel is characterized in that the sections of the conveyer channel are guided by engaging the side walls of the return channel and are supported upon laterally .extending projections of the return channel. As shown, the side walls a of the section of the conveyer channel engage the side walls h of the sections of the return channel and are formed at their ends with lugs f which rest on the flanges m of the walls h, projections g on these flanges engaging in openings in the lugs. The sections of the conveyer channel are connected to one another by bolts k slidably engaging in the openings in adjacent lugs f and carrying springs l bearing against the lugs and adjusted by nuts p on the bolts. The bolts permit the sections to pivot in a horizontal plane relatively to one another.
