Abstract
709,549. Earpieces. CANADIAN BENAUDI CO., Ltd. Oct. 15, 1952 [June 21, 1952], No. 25840/52. Class 40 (4) A electromagnetic telephone earpiece 3, suitable for use as a deaf aid, is mounted on a cap 1 which hangs on the prime of the ear and excludes external noises. A soft rubber tube 5 protrudes from the receiver and the tip 6 engages the external auditory meatus. The cap is made in two parts 1, 2 screwed together. The interior of the cap may be ribbed or roughened.
