Abstract

708,989. Racks. FIECHTER, E. April 8, 1952 [April 9, 1951], No. 8929/52. Class 52 (3) A suspension device for goods on display racks comprises a supporting element to which the article is attached and a fastening element formed of three parts bent approximately in three mutually perpendicular directions, one part forming a shank passed through an aperture in a plate with one end piece behind the plate and another in front, the supporting element being inserted between 'it and the plate. As shown the fastening element comprises a U-shaped fastening member 1 with legs 2 which pass through apertures 3 in a plate 4, the ends of the limbs being bent to form upwardly projecting portions 5. The article to be supported is attached to the forwardly projecting arm 6 of an angled support 7, the other arm of which is passed between the web of the U-shaped member and the plate 4.
