563,799. Fastenings. WARD, E. S.W. May 3, 1943, Nos. 6960/43, 10707/43 and 1785/44. [Class 44] A clip for adjustable shelving, partitions or the like, comprises spring fingers 3 which are passed through holes in the shelf and its bracket and notches 4 which engage under the lower part of the bracket where the hole is less wide, i.e. at a part not on a diameter of the hole. Fig. 9 shows another form, the parts 10, when the clip is in position, lying flat upon the upper surface of the shelf, or the like. In a further arrangement, Fig. 10, the notches are formed by bending up the edges 12 of the legs 3. A further modification describes a clip with long legs 3, the ends being bent back on to the upper parts of the legs and the tips forming the notches.
