Abstract
692,567. Moulds for concrete blocks. TRIANCO, Ltd. April 25, 1951 [Feb. 7, 1950], No. 3194/50. Class 87 (ii). A mould for casting concrete blocks of varying sizes comprises parallel metal side members 1, 2 to which transverse plates 4, 5 are connected by set screws or studs 3 and members 6, 7 detachably connected to the metal members to modify the shape of the block. The block moulded in the mould shown will have imitation-weatherboard surfaces. The members 6, 7 are held in position by set screws 8. The plate 4 has recesses 11, 12 to receive detachable plates 13 which are used when it is desired to make one or both sides of the block without weatherboard surfaces. Tongues and grooves are moulded by projections 9 and recesses 10. A core 14 projects from the pallet.
