692,118. Ambulances. BENN, R. Jan. 10, 1952 [Feb. 19, 1951], No. 3968/51. Class 108 (i). An ambulance is provided with a fixed lower frame A supported from the floor by feet 2 which also form sockets for the legs 9 of a stowable upper frame B which is held against the side wall by means of straps 11 when not required for use. The inboard channel-shaped member 3 is preferably movable towards the side of the vehicle to enable it to support the legs 13 of a seat 12.
