Abstract

666,050. Oven accessories. GARDINER, W. T., and GARDINER, C. H. Sept. 5, 1950 [Sept. 6, 1949], No. 23072/49. Class 28 (i). [Also in Group XXXII] An oven accessory, tray, or other article of catering equipment, comprises a top unit 22 having equal size apertures A each adapted to receive a large container 18 or several smaller containers 10, 14. The smaller containers are of such dimensions that two or more of them together just fill one of the apertures A. Each of these smaller containers is provided with diagonally positioned integrally cast handles 13 or 17, placed below the level of the top of its lid, and the lid of each container is provided with a recessed handle so that plates &c. may be rested on the top of the container. Thus, a top unit having four apertures, for example, may be fitted with a number of combinations of small, medium, and large size containers.
