In another form, Fig. 3, the band clip is tightened by a nut j on a transverse stud formed with an apertured boss g at one end passing through an opening in the clip arm f<2>. The rod h is clamped on tightening the nut j against the arm f by the pressure of the other arm f<2> of the band clip f. This may be formed with radial notches to increase the frictional grip.
