645,411. Boxes. STUE, T. B. Sept. 11, 1947, No. 24973. Convention date, Nov. 16, 1943. [Class 18] A tuck-in flap 2 provided on an end of a drawer 1 of a drawer-and-shell box has a slit 3 extending from a side edge, parallel to the free front edge and stopping short of the opposite side edge. A tongue 4 thus formed is folded back over the flap along a line 6 at substantially 135‹ to the slit and projects from the shell when the flap is tucked in. The end of the tongue may be folded down beyond the edge of the shell onto the drawer-end and the slit may be curved at 5 to provide a rounded corner on the flap edge.
