640,282. Building-blocks; walls. AKTIEBOLAGET ELL-BLOCK. Aug. 12, 1947, Nos. 22325 and 22326. Convention dates, Oct. 19, 1946, and Dec. 31, 1946. [Classes 20(iv) and 87(i)] A wall having insulating spaces 4, 5 is built up from L-shaped blocks 7 having horizontal spacer ribs 6 at their upper edges. The wall may also include rectangular spacer blocks 1 having, on one vertical face, horizontal ribs 2 at the upper edge and preferably vertical ribs extending downwards therefrom preferably below the bottom face of the block. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 comprises also a spacer block formed with ribs on two opposite faces. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
