Abstract

632,063. Electric waterheaters. TRAINOR, E., and TRAINOR, L. Jan. 23, 1948, No. 2050. [Class 39 (iii) ] A heater for water pipes comprises a half-cylindrical holder A which is crescentshaped in cross-section, an electric heating element, and a spring clip B shaped to conform to the shape of the pipe to be heated. The clip B and the heating element are bolted at G along the centre of the concave inner surface of the holder A. The holder A may be hollow, in which case the element is disposed in its interior.
