Abstract
605,660. Perambulator suspensions. MARMET, Ltd., and MORRISS, H. Jan. 2, 1946, No. 174. [Class 108 (ii)] A mounting for supporting a perambulator frame on its axles comprises blocks a of india-rubber or similar material through holes b, c in which the frame members and axles (not shown), pass and are held against relative axial movement. The holes b, c may be dimensioned so that each member or axle is gripped to prevent axial movement or alternatively a cotterpin d may be used. The holes b, c may be fitted with ferrules and the frame members may alternatively be carried beneath the axle so that the block is stressed in tension.
