587,322. Belt fasteners. BADDELEY, C. H., and BLOODWORTH, C. J. Oct. 12, 1944, No. 19656. [Class 80 (i)] A belt fastener comprises a pair of leaves A, B, connected together by a hinge pin F the underside of each leaf having teeth E which are pressed into the ends of a belt X. The teeth of one leaf are inclined towards those on the other leaf. Means such as a projection G on one leaf and a recess H on the other leaf limit the open ing movement of the leaves.
