546,232. Concentrating ores. AMERICAN CYNAMID CO. Aug. 1, 1941, No 9822. Convention date, Nov. 6, 1940. [Class 82 (ii)] A reagent for use in froth flotation processes consists of a mixture of a major proportion of an organic dithiophosphoric acid compound such as di-alkyl or di-aryl substituted dithiophosphoric acids, or their alkali metal or ammonium salts, particularly di-cresyl or dixylenyl (mixed) dithiophosphoric acids, and a minor proportion, e.g. 6-10 per cent., of a substituted di-aryl thiourea, particularly di-tolyl or di-xylyl thiourea. Specification 455,224 is referred to.
