533,244. Sewing-machines. FAIRWEATHER, W. C. (Singer Manufacturing Co.). Oct. 21, 1939. No. 28398. [Class 112] A rotary lock-stitch hool bobbin case is made in two parts A, B as described in Specification 500,788 and the upper part B is secured by a latch 15 having a nose 22 which engages a notch cut in the end of the arbou 2 of the lower part A. The body of the latch lies in a slot cut in the cover part 10 and a depending portion 17 is engaged by a holding spring 19. A cam surface 23 on the latch grips against the bobbin 12 when the latch is raised.
